Where We Deliver

Good news - we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Right now we are keeping it domestic, so no international orders just yet. If you are within the US, we've got you covered.

Processing Your Order

Once you place your order, we get to work right away. Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to process and hand your package to the carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships - no waiting around wondering where it is.

Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

We offer one straightforward shipping option: Standard shipping for $15. Once your package is on its way, it typically arrives within 7-14 business days. Please note that these delivery windows are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed - sometimes carriers are faster, sometimes slower, but we'll always keep our fingers crossed for a smooth journey.

Tracking Your Package

After your order leaves our hands, you can follow along with the tracking number we email you. We work with trusted carriers - USPS, UPS, and FedEx - so you know your package is in good hands. If you have any questions about tracking, just reach out to us at support@vosin.shop and we'll help you out.

If Something Goes Wrong

  • Lost in transit: If your package is lost while being delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can sort it out.
  • Damaged on arrival: In the rare case your cable management box arrives damaged, we need to hear from you within 48 hours of the delivery date. Snap a few photos and email us - we'll make it right.
  • Wrong address: If you supplied an incorrect address, we are not responsible for orders sent there. But don't panic - if you catch the mistake before dispatch, get in touch with us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it.
