Our core product is a sleek, durable box that hides power strips, surge protectors, and excess cord length under your desk or beside your entertainment center. We also offer a few companion items like cable clips and ties that help you route cords neatly along walls or furniture.
2. Where do you ship, and how much does it cost? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping is a flat $15 for Standard delivery, which typically arrives in 7-14 business days. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we're working on it for the future.
3. How long until my order is dispatched? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place them. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Standard delivery then takes 7-14 business days, so you can expect your cable box to arrive within about 1 to 3 weeks total.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please contact us first to initiate a return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
5. Can I track my order? Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Depending on the service used (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), tracking updates can take a day or two to appear, so don't worry if you don't see movement immediately.
6. Will my power strip fit inside the box? Our standard cable box is designed to accommodate most common power strips and surge protectors. We include a simple measuring guide on each product page. The box has a spacious interior and a wide opening for plugs. If you have an unusually large or non-standard strip, measure it against the dimensions listed in the product description before ordering.
7. How do I keep my devices from overheating inside the box? Our cable boxes feature strategically placed ventilation slots to allow airflow around your power strip and cords. We recommend not overloading the box with more than your strip can handle, and keeping it away from heat sources. For safety, always use a certified surge protector and never daisy-chain multiple strips.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been processed for shipment. Just email us with your order number and we'll cancel and issue a full refund. After 24 hours, our team may have already started packing your order, so standard return rules apply.
